Registered Dietician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietician to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our nutrition team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans that promote optimal health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized nutrition plans to meet specific health goals
- Provide one-on-one consultations and education sessions to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition trends and research to inform patient care
- Develop and maintain patient records and databases
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) certification or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dietetics or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of relevant nutrition standards and guidelines
