Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Senior Living

As a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN), you support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance. What You’ll Do: Conduct wellness assessments and monitor resident health changes Support medication management and perform MAR/TAR audits Communicate with families, physicians and care teams Monitor incidents, falls and follow-up care Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations Support infection control and clinical quality initiatives Train and support care team members What You’ll Bring: Active LPN/LVN license 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting Strong assessment and documentation skills Knowledge of medication administration and compliance Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Pay Range: 29.15 - 38.90 Benefits and Compensation: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
