Python Developer
TechDigital Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
- Assist in the development and maintenance of existing Python applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software features
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Debug and resolve software defects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Python developments and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in Python programming
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Healthy knowledge of databases and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy and SQLAlchemy
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Experience with OpenShift
- Experience with Docker/containers
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience with PostGres
- Experience developing on Windows and deploying on Linux OS
