We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our open access healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
2. Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
3. Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients
4. Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
5. Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

• Current certification as an FNP or PA
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
