Minnesota REALTORS® seeks a Director, Professional Development to lead education strategy for 21,000+ members across Minnesota. The role reports to the Chief Member Engagement Officer and oversees the Professional Development team and LMS initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and evolving education programs, accrediting courses (GRI and others), managing budgets, and partnering with brokers and associations.
