Quality Process Improvement

Lead a business process improvement initiative focused on the organization's Veeva Quality Management System (QMS).

Manage the project plan based on an established project charter.

Define and maintain project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Facilitate workflow optimization and process enhancement activities.

Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Drive execution and ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.

Regulatory Management System Migration

Support a regulatory systems migration and upgrade initiative within Veeva.

Coordinate activities with Veeva and a third-party managed services vendor.

Serve as the primary business-facing project lead for vendor management and stakeholder communication.

Oversee document migration activities and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Track project progress, risks, deliverables, and issue resolution throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Experience working in a GxP-regulated environment, ideally supporting Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or Manufacturing functions within the Life Sciences industry.

Strong combination of Business Analysis and Project Management experience.

Proven experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Hands-on experience with system migration projects, preferably involving Quality Management Systems (QMS) or other regulated platforms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Veeva Vault, including Quality or Regulatory applications.

Prior experience supporting regulated technology implementations, upgrades, or document migrations within Life Sciences organizations.
