2027 Future Talent Program - Social Impact Sustainability - Co-op

A 6-month cooperative education position within the Social Impact and Sustainability team, supporting the development and execution of corporate sustainability strategy, ESG initiatives, and global health equity efforts across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Support integration of sustainability considerations into business processes and enterprise planning
- Conduct research and benchmarking to identify emerging sustainability trends, risks, and opportunities
- Gather, validate, and organize sustainability data for internal insights and external reporting
- Prepare sustainability materials including dashboards, presentations, and disclosure document contributions
- Provide project support to priority sustainability initiatives including planning and coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed; currently enrolled in graduate degree program
- Familiarity with corporate sustainability, ESG concepts, climate strategy, and responsible business practices
- Understanding of global public health, health equity, and access to care challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize complex topics
- Critical thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environment
- Experience preparing presentations, research summaries, or analytical insights
- 1-2 years work experience preferred but not required
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111 USD
