Radiology Technologist - Per Diem

Position Overview The Radiology Technologist at Providence Portland Medical Center (Portland, OR) performs imaging examinations according to physicians’ orders utilizing a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment while taking into account each patient’s unique and age‑related needs. They use clinical knowledge and judgment for proper positioning, radiation dose calibration, and technique to produce optimal high‑quality images, always minimizing radiation exposure to patient and operator with ALARA awareness. Schedule Per Diem / Day Shift. Part time. Multiple shifts available. Qualifications Education that meets certification, license, or registration requirements. Oregon Radiographer License or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire. National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. New graduates must have an OBMI temporary license and obtain a permanent license within 6 months of hire.
