Landscape Maintenance Team Member

Position Overview As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to keep commercial properties looking their best. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Performing landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and planting Maintaining clean and safe job sites at all times Assisting with loading/unloading equipment and maintaining tools Following instructions from Crew Leaders and supporting the crew’s overall efficiency Occasionally helping on enhancement or landscape construction projects What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in landscaping is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person Familiarity with landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, string trimmers, etc.) Reliable, punctual, able to follow directions and willingness to learn Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability Reliable transportation to our shop Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for up to 10 hours per day. Reporting times can begin as early as 6:00 am.
