Position Title: Service Porter
Department: Service Reports to: Director/Manager of Service The Don Mealey Sport Auto Group is a family owner and operating dealer group here within the Central Florida area since 1974. We currently have 5 amazing locations where we cater to our customers by doing our very best to meet and exceed their expectations at every opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Service Porter to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to meet, greet and welcome our customers but in addition you will be asked to... Responsibilities:- Identify the service consultant with which they have an appointment.
- Place an identification number on the vehicles that is marked to identify the proper service salesperson.
- Responsible for moving the cars from the service drive to the designated lot location for repairs.
- Responsible for delivering the vehicle back to the service drive in a timely manner once the customer is ready for pick up.
- Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers.
