Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified clients and referral opportunities
• Conduct educational retirement and Medicare planning appointments
• Help individuals and families protect what matters most
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust
• Develop your own growing practice with the support of experienced mentors
• Participate in educational seminars and community outreach events
• Continue expanding your knowledge through ongoing professional development
• Create a business that can provide lasting income and long-term value

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Life & Health Insurance License (required)
• Financial services or insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused
• Coachable and eager to continue learning
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Desire to build a long-term career with ownership opportunities
