Key Responsibilities\nAs a Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele from the Stockton area and beyond, with presentations including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related challenges, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

- Current and valid California state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. \n
- Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy. \n
- Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills. \n
Ideal candidates will have:

- Experience in a telehealth setting, understanding the unique challenges and benefits of virtual therapy. \n
- Specialized training or certification in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care. \n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and caseload. In addition to a solid base pay, we provide:
