We're expanding and eager to connect with South Carolina Registered Dental Hygienists looking to explore current openings in Greenville and future opportunities in Simpsonville , SC!

A Dental Hygienist plays a key role in creating an incredible patient experience. You’ll work side‑by‑side with our dentists to support each patient’s oral health journey. From completing dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance to performing oral cancer screenings and accurate charting. You’ll help patients feel confident and cared for at every visit. You’ll also jump in where needed to support the team and uphold our high standard of care, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and patient‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care following established dental hygiene procedures
• Assess patients’ dental health through screenings, medical history review, and dental/perio charting
• Take patient vital signs and required radiographs
• Perform routine preventive treatments such as cleanings, polishing, sealants, and fluoride
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and documentation
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive dental health
• Review and explain treatment plans along with the associated fees with patients
• Communicate patient needs and concerns clearly to the dentist
• Clean and sterilize instruments as well as equipment
• Support treatment coordination and assist with other office duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be present on time (operational hours may vary based on location); individual must be reliable.

• Completed dental hygiene certificate program or Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene and has current Hygienist license for state of South Carolina. NEW GRADS WELCOME!
• Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and exercise good judgment

• Must perform frequent repetitive work with attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals and written correspondence
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
