A Front Desk Scheduler for a plastic surgery office greets patients, schedules appointments, manages high-volume phone lines, coordinates surgical consultations, and collects patient payments while ensuring a warm, confidential, and luxurious experience from first contact to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Scheduling: Book initial consultations, follow-up visits, and minor procedures with high precision.
- Phone Management: Answer calls, route messages, and provide clear information about services.
- Check-In and Out: Welcome guests, verify insurance or payment details, and handle paperwork.
- Consultation Coordination: Prepare new patient charts and explain pre-visit guidelines.
- Payment Collection: Process co-pays, deposits, and procedure fees securely.
