Costco Wholesale Corp. - - Responsibilities: Operate forklift to transfer merchandise from warehouse floor to load trucks; Move merchandise by hand or forklift equipment to maintain continuous flow of merchandise; Open and close bay doors and pull pins for the dock plate; Unload and stock incoming merchandise, pickup outgoing merchandise, and load outbound trailers as needed; Check, verify, and audit merchandise and enter data into remote data terminals to ensure accuracy and quality; Operate forklift to move and put away merchandise and replenish pick areas from replenishment reports; Identify and fill customer merchandise orders from active slots to flats; Report damages and vendor compliance issues and resolve discrepancies with manager guidance; Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of packaging materials and hazardous materials; Provide assistance in other warehouse departments as needed
