Triage Consultant

A company is looking for a Triage Consultant to assess participant needs and facilitate appropriate referrals in a contact center environment. Key Responsibilities Provide support for participant intake, needs assessment, and referral services Assess participant needs and determine eligibility for services, facilitating referrals as necessary Document participant interactions and ensure continuity of service experience Required Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field Ability to pass a DoD Tier 1 suitability investigation within 30 days of hire Knowledge and understanding of military life and the unique needs of service members and their families Familiarity with contact center operations, including call handling and documentation
