Registered Nurse Med Surg

Role The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions using evidence-based practices and technology. Responsibilities Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans with patient and team involvement, delegates and coordinates interdisciplinary care, and evaluates patient outcomes. Ensures compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, maintains accurate documentation, and promotes professionalism. Skills Patient care delivery, interdisciplinary collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and documentation. Qualifications Current RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN (preferred). Less than 12 months experience requires completing BSN within four years. Physical Requirements Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift, walk, stand, and, if applicable, drive.
