We’re hiring a Civil Site Development Estimator to join a well-established team specializing in commercial construction projects throughout the region. What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing accurate, competitive estimates for civil site development projects
• Performing quantity takeoffs from plans, specs, and bid documents
• Working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing
• Evaluating site conditions, project risks, and constructability
• Building scopes, budgets, and bid packages that help win work
• Partnering with project managers and operations teams during project turnover
• Tracking bid outcomes and helping improve estimating strategies
• Staying current on labor trends, material pricing, and market conditions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of estimating experience in civil/site development
• Strong underground utility experience including water, sewer, and storm drainage
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
• Experience with estimating software such as Agtek, HCSS, Bluebeam, or similar
• Solid understanding of sitework construction methods and sequencing
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage deadlines

Bonus Points For

• Experience working with commercial contractors and developers
• Knowledge of the local subcontractor and supplier market
• Background in civil engineering or construction management
