We’re hiring Baristas to join the team at a great university in Rolla, MO! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and creating a positive experience for students, faculty, and guests.

Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule, $17/hr, and the opportunity to work in a professional university setting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages

• Provide friendly and welcoming service to students, faculty, staff, and guests

• Operate the register and process transactions accurately

• Restock supplies and keep the café area clean and organized

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Make sure every drink is prepared with quality and consistency

• Work with a team to keep daily operations running smoothly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Friendly, positive attitude

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Enjoys interacting with customers

• Team player with a strong work ethic

• Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus — but not required!
