HR Benefits Coordinator - Open Enrollment Specialist

U.S. Comm For Refuge

The U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) is seeking an HR Coordinator in Arlington, Virginia. This is an onsite position focused on managing employee benefits, overseeing Open Enrollment, and ensuring compliance with employment-related laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in ADP and advanced Excel skills. Strong interpersonal and time management abilities are essential.
