ResponsibilitiesOversee the strategic growth and daily operations of our Somerset office while setting a clear vision for the team.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing group of insurance agents to reach their full professional potential.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and carrier partners to expand our market reach.
Lead regional sales meetings and educational seminars to keep the team updated on industry trends and product offerings.
Ensure all agency activities remain compliant with state regulations and internal quality standards.
Analyze sales data to identify new opportunities for market penetration and service improvement.
RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health license.
Demonstrated history of successful sales leadership and agency management.
Deep understanding of the independent brokerage landscape and insurance carrier relations.
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in business or finance.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills for regional workshops and meetings.
Proficiency in data analysis to track growth metrics and agent performance.
