Event Bartender

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensures a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar
• Greets customers and takes drink order; provides information about products
• Follows company recipes and product directions for mixing beverages, Collects payments and operates cash drawers for drinks and/or food served following company established cash handling policies and procedures for all transactions; secures all monies at the end of each shift
• Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deals with intoxicated guests
• Follows all customer service, adult beverage and cash handling policies and procedures
• Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Physical Requirements of the Bartender Position:

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 5.5 hours in length.
• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility in limited space.
• Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs., including, but not limited to, kegs, Co2 tanks, soda bag in a box and lifting trays of food or food items on a regular and continuing basis.
• Understand and respond to employee and guest verbal requests and visual cues in a loud and extremely busy environment.

Education Requirements:

A minimum of a High School diploma is preferred but may be waived with the right level of experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have basic bartending skills.

Salary:

• $16.00 per hour
