Overview:
This is an upper-level position offering advancement opportunities. It combines physical labor with project management and requires excellent on-site communication skills.

Employment Requirements:
Age: 18+ years old
License: Must have a valid driver’s license
Experience: Any industry experience is welcome

Responsibilities:
Crew Leadership: Manage, motivate, and prioritize work for a crew; demonstrate techniques to ensure project completion.

Project Execution: Process blueprints, specifications, work orders, and measurements.

Safety: Maintain a safe environment and ensure all subordinates wear required PPE.

Equipment: Operate and maintain construction machinery (forklifts, skid steers, bucket trucks, excavators, etc.).
Communication: Coordinate with DOT officials, subcontractors, and home office management.

Administration: Submit weekly paperwork (timesheets, safety checklists) via mobile apps or computer.
General Labor: Handle site housekeeping, material handling, and tool organization.

Qualifications
Certifications: OSHA 10 and Forklift training.
Skills: Time management, complex problem-solving, and basic tech literacy.
Traits: Integrity, honesty, and a willingness to learn.
Job Conditions & Compensation
Type: Full-Time (Hourly or Salary options)
Environment: Exposure to extreme heat or cold.
Travel: Includes frequent overnight stays.
