The Learning Strategist serves as a customer-facing and internal-facing leader who defines learning direction, ensures solution quality, and oversees the full learning lifecycle from discovery to delivery. This role conducts strategic learning analyses, uncovers unmet needs, develops curriculum and onboarding solutions, and provides total account management.
