Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients Address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs with professionalism Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying resources as needed Qualifications & Skills Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing Minimum one year of related nursing experience preferred Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required #J-18808-Ljbffr CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC.
