Manager Of Pediatric Psychology

St. Louis Childrens Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Manager of Pediatric Psychology to lead our pediatric behavioral health services. In this role, you will guide a team of skilled psychologists and behavioral health professionals in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and their families.

What Youll Do

• Lead and develop a team of pediatric psychologists. pediatric neuropsychologists, and behavioral health clinicians, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Oversee daily operations of pediatric psychology services across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Partner with medical and hospital leadership to deliver integrated, patient-centered care
• Expand and enhance programs supporting patients with chronic illness, developmental conditions, and behavioral health needs
• Drive quality and performance outcomes, including patient access, experience, and clinical effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and documentation standards
• Champion a collaborative culture focused on compassion, inclusion, and continuous improvement
