Your Role & Impact
As a vital link between our residents, nurses, and staff, you will provide hands-on comfort, support, and advocacy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living needs and personal hygiene.
Monitoring and recording vital signs in resident charts.
Providing adjunct patient care and safe transportation assistance.
Collaborating with the nursing team while adhering to professional standards and state regulations.

Requirements
Completion of a state-approved C.N.A. certification training course (all experience levels welcome, including new grads!).
Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask safely.
Strong communication skills with an empathetic "bedside manner" and team-player mindset.
