Corporate Accountant - Leading Global Hedge Fund

A top-tier hedge fund is looking to hire a corporate accountant to join their Management Company Accounting team. They prioritize work-life balance and both mental and physical health, offering fitness stipends, generous PTO, and fitness and wellness areas in their centrally located NYC headquarters. This role provides opportunities to lead accounting processes, implement AI to create a meaningful impact on the firm, and collaborate with other teams.
Candidates should be comfortable with regulatory and compliance reporting, financial reporting, and monthly close activities, in addition to core accounting concepts. Additionally, candidates should be eager to utilize generative AI to automate workflows.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in asset or investment management, banking and capital markets, or a related field. CPA is also required. My client is offering top of the market compensation while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
