Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Position – Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) Location: Holton Manor – Elkhorn, WI (On-site) Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling-you choosewhat fits your schedule Job Summary: The LPN must be clinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsible party, and all health team members. Qualifications: Required: Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S. state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.
