Strategic Planner

Client is seeking a qualified individual to support the implementation teams assigned to each strategic goal by:

  • Developing and coordinating work plans related to the agency strategic goals and objectives.
  • Identification of common activities across goals and to leverage resources/processes to avoid duplication of efforts.
  • Develop surveys, collect data/information, and assist in establishing infrastructure/processes to manage strategic plan initiatives.
  • Assist teams with scheduling/coordinating various monthly meetings/activities, publish agenda, take meeting notes/minutes, track action items.
  • Assist in refining quarterly/monthly reporting tools that can be leveraged for annual reporting to both internal/external stakeholders to include milestones, resources, and tracking of risks related to achieving milestones.
  • Assist communications team in developing communication throughout the first year of implementation.
  • Development of various presentations and other materials as needed.
  • Assistance in drafting requests for proposals as needed in each goal area.
