Social Media & Content Creator — Contract Reflection Games | Rift Wars | Seattle Area (Hybrid) We're a small indie studio building Rift Wars, a competitive mobile PvP strategy game — and we're looking for a social media creator who wants to build something from the ground up. If you're the kind of person who sees a funny gaming moment and immediately thinks about how to shoot it, what the hook is, and how to make it hit — this is for you. We're looking for someone who makes content because they can't help it, and wants to point that energy at a game they actually enjoy playing. What you'll do: Shoot, edit, and post short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts — this is the core of the job Turn gameplay clips into content that stops the scroll — hooks, pacing, captions, sound, all of it Jump on gaming trends and memes fast and make them relevant to Rift Wars Occasionally produce short-form video assets that can be used for paid ads and UA campaigns Keep our Discord alive — engage players, respond to the community, run the occasional event Use analytics to figure out what's working and make more of it What we're looking for: Someone who shoots and edits their own content — CapCut, DaVinci, Premiere, whatever you use Strong instincts for hooks and pacing — you know why a video dies in the first 2 seconds A genuine gamer who understands what makes mobile games fun and shareable Self-directed — you don't need someone to tell you what to make or when to post Comfortable on camera when needed Nice to have: An existing following or personal brand — even small and engaged counts Experience creating content for a brand, business, or game studio Familiarity with how creators and influencers work with brands Understanding of mobile gaming trends and what drives player interest Compensation: Negotiable based on experience — open to internship credit or contract pay. #J-18808-Ljbffr Reflection Games, Inc.
