Maintenance Supervisor

Greystar Worldwide, LLC

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the inside and exterior of the community meet standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose and repair work orders, complete make-readies for vacant units, schedule vendors, manage inventory, and support safety and budgeting initiatives while delivering courteous service to residents. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and EPA certifications as required; a valid driver’s license and hand #J-18808-Ljbffr
