About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Head of Sales to join their dynamic and internationally focused team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aftermarket business activities within the Benelux and France regions. This role involves overseeing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the existing customer base, as well as identifying new prospects and channel partners to enhance distribution capabilities. The Regional Head of Sales will be expected to analyze and capitalize on sales opportunities, meet or exceed revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of all partnerships. A significant part of the role is also dedicated to fostering strong relationships with distributors and tire dealers to increase revenue and customer acquisition. Applicants for the Regional Head of Sales position should hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant commercial or technical field, with 10-15 years of sales experience in NW-Europe, particularly in the Benelux and France regions. A proven track record with distribution channels in an international setting is essential, and a background in industrial machinery or industrial consumables is preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial acumen, a highly self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, fluency in English, and a willingness to travel extensively within the region are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, promoting positive relationships and partnerships for the company, and will operate effectively within a highly international structure.
