This role will be instrumental in building the talent pipeline necessary to scale our operations, working closely with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and execute innovative recruitment solutions in a competitive market. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive talent strategy in a fast growing sector of the commercial real estate industry.**Strategic Planning & Business Partnership*** Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives and expansion timelines* Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build workforce planning models that support short and long-term business projections* Analyze market conditions, competitor landscapes, and talent availability to inform strategic hiring decisions* Create scalable recruitment processes and systems to support rapid organizational growth**Specialized Recruitment*** Lead recruitment efforts for critical roles* Build and maintain extensive networks* Develop specialized sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions**Team Leadership & Development*** Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team* Establish recruitment metrics, KPIs, and performance standards that drive business results* Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities in recruitment* Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement**Process Innovation & Technology*** Implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience* Design and optimize recruitment workflows that can scale with business growth* Leverage data analytics to improve recruitment outcomes and reduce time-to-hire* Establish talent pipeline management systems and maintain proactive candidate pools**Stakeholder Management & Communication*** Serve as primary point of contact between hiring managers and the recruitment team* Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment progress, market conditions, and talent availability* Collaborate with marketing and employer branding teams to enhance company visibility* Build relationships with external partners including staffing agencies, universities, and professional organizations**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field* 7+ years of recruitment or HR experience* 3+ years of recruiting or HR leadership experience* Proven track record of building and scaling recruitment operations in high-growth environments* Deep understanding of business operations, technologies, and the competitive talent landscape* Experience leading recruitment teams and managing complex, multi-location hiring initiatives* Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
