- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current and active BCBA certification
- Experience providing ABA therapy in in-home, clinic, or school settings
- Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff
- Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
