Travel Med Surg RN - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday.

The Travel Med Surg RN will provide patient care in a 30-bed unit, adhering to the floating requirements as needed. Core responsibilities include EKG, IV insertion, medication administration, Foley insertion, vital signs, assessment documentation, assisting with RSI, and conducting point-of-care testing (blood glucose).

Provide comprehensive patient care in a Med Surg unit.

Perform various nursing procedures, including IV insertion and Foley insertion.

Maintain accurate assessment documentation.

Administer medications and conduct point-of-care testing.

Assist with rapid sequence intubation (RSI) as necessary.

1-2+ years of Med Surg experience required.

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.

Active RN license in the applicable state.
