Sereno Canyon, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Front Desk Agent. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $21.00 per hour Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent:

• Accurately posts all charges to guest's bills.
• Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
• Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
• Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
• Answers guest questions and provides directions.
• Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
• Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
• Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
• Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
• Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of lodging system application.
