About the Position

Our client seeks a skilled Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment in Oregon. This engaging role focuses on providing essential home visits, with an 8-hour daily shift. The practitioner will deliver comprehensive wound care, including debridement, managing a caseload of approximately 6 patients per day. This is a unique opportunity to provide direct patient care within a home visit setting. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct home visits to provide comprehensive wound care
  • Perform debridement procedures as necessary
  • Manage approximately 6 patients per day during 8-hour shifts
Additional Information
  • Required Board Certifications: Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
  • Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Patients per day: 6
