Position Overview:

As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will be critical in delivering timely, compassionate, and efficient care to patients experiencing a wide range of urgent and emergent medical conditions. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and injuries, coordinate with specialists as needed, and ensure smooth care transitions. Our ED is well-equipped with advanced medical technology, efficient triage protocols, and strong support staff, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert evaluation and treatment for patients in emergencies
• Collaborate with nursing, advanced practice providers, and specialists
• Document patient care by best practices and compliance standards
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for their needs through all stages of care

Qualifications:

We seek a physician with 2–4 years of experience in Emergency Medicine. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine. Physicians trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with substantial emergency care experience may also be considered. A valid Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain one is required. Strong interpersonal skills, clinical confidence, and a commitment to excellence in patient care are essential.
