What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, collections, and property operations
• Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a 336-home apartment community
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site team members
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
• Manage budgets, collections, and overall property performance
• Ensure community appearance and curb appeal standards are maintained
• Deliver exceptional resident experiences and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations
