- Lead efforts on designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
- Hands-on development while managing a team of offshore developers.
- Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
- Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
- Software modeling and simulation
- Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
- Support, maintain and document software functionality
- Integrate software with existing systems
- Maintain standards compliance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related technical field of study
- Experience in leading application development teams using .NET technologies (VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, etc.)
- Front end development experience and expertise (JavaScript, AngularJS, Node.JS, React, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with multiple SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall)
- Amazing written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of software design patterns
- Analytical and adept at problem solving with strong attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
