En tant que chef de projet senior, construction lectrique, vous.. : tablir et atteindre les objectifs et les jalons du projet afin de livrer les projets de construction lectrique dans les dlais et le budget impartis. Promouvoir activement la sant et la scurit et faire preuve de leadership dans ce domaine Contrler et fournir des mises jour sur ltat des travaux en cours, les prvisions, le contrle des cots et le calendrier du projet conformment au programme defficacit T.I.M.E. du Groupe Plan. Identifier de manire proactive et porter lattention de la direction les problmes potentiels et/ou les retards de calendrier. Diriger et grer lassurance qualit du projet, la mise en service et les objectifs de remise. laborer et diriger des initiatives et des activits danalyse de la valeur, de rduction des cots et de fixation des prix. Surveiller et analyser les activits du chemin critique et conseiller lquipe de projet en consquence. Examiner et grer la planification court terme. Diriger la planification pralable aux travaux, y compris le renouvellement des devis, les runions de lancement, la slection des sous-traitants, les stratgies de manutention et les possibilits de gestion des risques et damlioration de la productivit. Assurer le suivi de lavancement des travaux et de la main-duvre avec la supervision du site ; identifier et rduire les obstacles la russite. Grer lquipe de projet pour sassurer que les exigences en matire de contrle des documents, de processus dordre de modification, de coordination des livraisons dquipements et de matriaux, de runions de chantier et de documentation sur ltat davancement sont respectes. Identifier les possibilits de fournir aux membres de lquipe de projet un retour dinformation, un encadrement et une formation rguliers. Vous tes en charge de lorganisation et de la mise en uvre de lensemble des activits de lentreprise, de la conception la mise en uvre, en passant par le suivi et lvaluation. Notre candidat idal a : une formation post-secondaire en gnie lectrique ou dans un domaine connexe Un minimum de sept (7) ans dexprience en gestion de projets de construction lectrique ; lexprience dans un mtier est un atout. Exprience de la gestion de projets lectriques commerciaux et institutionnels grande chelle.
