Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP licensure for Arizona or eligibility to obtain
• Recent experience providing speech and language services in a school, pediatric, or related setting
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with both individual and group therapy methodologies
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations, individualized treatment, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Document services, maintain thorough records, and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings
• Provide consultative support for educators and caregivers to promote safe, inclusive learning environments
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and compliance standards
