Project Manager - EIP & Financial Systems

This role is pivotal in leading the Electronic Invoice Project (EIP) initiative and managing projects within the Finance, Accounting, and Procurement domains. The position is a fully remote, 6-month contract position with the potential for extension based on project funding. Position Overview / Responsibilities Lead and support the inflight Electronic Invoice Project (EIP) initiative. Manage projects across Finance, Accounting, and Procurement application spaces. Ensure project delivery aligns with business goals and coordinate cross-functional teams. Engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships and manage expectations. Required Skills for Project Manager – EIP & Financial Systems Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT, preferably within financial or procurement systems. Solid understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes. Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Oracle EBS/Cloud, Coupa, and Tungsten. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. PMP a plus, Project Management Experience, Agile Experience a plus, Technical PM experience; background on IT projects in the financial & procurement space specifically AP Essentials & OnDox implementations is a big plus.
