You will have the freedom to evaluate each patient, develop an individualized treatment plan, and use the techniques you believe will help that person achieve the best possible outcome. You will also have access to a variety of advanced treatment tools that can be incorporated into patient care when clinically appropriate, including shockwave therapy, deep tissue laser therapy, Winback, BEMER, and dry needling. These technologies give you more options when creating individualized treatment plans and allow you to continue expanding your clinical skill set. You will not be expected to follow a rigid corporate treatment formula, use the same approach for every patient, or practice exactly like every other therapist in the clinic.
