Inside Sales Representative - Entry Level

Eurofins seeks an entry-level inside sales representative in Baltimore to support sales executives and project coordination teams. The role involves managing customer communications, maintaining CRM databases, processing quotations, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support sales executives with quotations, orders, and CRM administrative duties
- Follow up with customers and prospects regarding inquiries and proposals
- Maintain and update CRM and project management databases with accurate information
- Coordinate customer service tasks including data entry and new account processing
- Provide phone coverage and assist with company events as needed
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
- Strong written and electronic communication abilities
- CRM system experience or willingness to learn
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 salary
