Civil Site EIT / Designer

In the role of Civil Site EIT / Designer, we'll count on you to: Responsibilities Assist the Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation, and graphic presentation. Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout, and drainage. Execute routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures. Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables. Carry out administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects. Work independently on small projects, or assist more senior engineers on larger projects. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications EIT preferred; candidates with their EIT will have the title "Civil Site EIT" and will be expected to receive their EIT for career progression. Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, and familiar with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation, Autodesk Infraworks, Civil 3D, or specialty civil platforms (e.g., Openflows) as required. Preference given to local candidates. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture. Compensation and Locations Maryland: $64,078 – $98,440 (full‑time regular position). Primary Location: United States – Virginia – Arlington. Other Locations: United States – Maryland – Fulton.
