Senior IT Specialist

Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking technologies such as firewalls, switching, wireless, DNS, and DHCP.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver IT projects from planning through completion, including scoping, scheduling, and closeout.
• Professional, confident customer presence and the ability to communicate effectively with business owners and end users.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, composure under pressure, and confidence guiding junior team members.
• Sound troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
• Reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and willingness to travel to client sites throughout the Tulsa metro.
• Prior MSP or IT service desk experience is strongly preferred.

• Work regularly at client locations, build relationships with key contacts, and become a trusted resource for their teams.
• Plan and deliver technical projects, including server and workstation deployments, network and firewall upgrades, Microsoft 365 migrations, and office moves.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for our Service Desk team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop, server, and network issues onsite and remotely.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and security configurations.
• Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed about project status, timelines, and outcomes.
• Document resolutions, project work, processes, and knowledge articles to support our Service Desk team.
• Work with colleagues and leadership to continually improve our service delivery.
