What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care to infants, including those requiring respiratory support, surgery, or cardiac interventions
• Administer medications using hospital systems (e.g., IV vasopressors, surfactants, steroids)
• Monitor and manage ventilator settings, including AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP
• Perform critical procedures such as arterial line care and central line management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, NP, pharmacy, and therapy providers
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC and utilize SBAR for effective communication
• Support neonates with conditions like respiratory distress, glucose issues, or requiring surgical intervention

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Ohio or compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
• Experience in Level III NICU settings preferred
• Skills in respiratory management, medication administration, and neonatal procedures
• Proficiency in infection control and IV therapy management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
