Step It Up ABA is a new Behavioral Health Care Agency providing in-home and school-based ABA therapy. Established by an active member of the United States Chaplain Corps, our goal is to improve the immediate and future lives of our clients and their families.

  Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule:

• Monday to Friday- 5:00-8:00

• Saturday- Five hours. Flexible time

Step-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

You will work with children that have autism or other developmental challenges by providing ABA therapy and implementing their treatment plan under the direction and guidence of an experienced BCBA.

Your dedicated BCBA is there for you, providing guidance along every step of the way.

Data from each session will be collected and entered electronically daily. You will be trained and supported by a team who is invested in your personal and professional growth.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities :

• Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA 

• Collect and record data daily

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Comunicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner
